Giant Chinese Horse

The mechanical horse parade vehicle adopts the traditional Chinese shape with elements from the Tang tri-color glazed ceramics. Combining the trendy steampunk style, mirroring the transmission principle of marionettes, and applying modern mechanical transmission techniques, the work sets to create a steampunk exclusive to the Chinese.

Carefully crafted from more than 3000 design drawings and consisting of 98 movable joints.

With its mechanical structure as the core, it vividly recreates a living horse that can walk, leap, raise its head, wag its tail, and make bionic gestures with its abdomen and facial features. Its neighing and water and mist spraying effects enable interaction with tourists.
